These things are always so very subjective, but I cannot believe that My man Godfrey isn't higher up the list.
Also, only one foreign film! Shame on the listmakers. Have you seen 'The Dinner Game'? It stars a sort of French Danny Devito if you can imagine such a thing. Very funny.

Coincidentally, I saw "My Man Godfrey" a few nights ago (it was on HBO for some reason), and I agree it should be higher on the list. You're also right about the dearth of foreign films.
